Overall it was great. Kelly was super nice at the Elk River office as were the people at front desk.

So far I am definitely pleased. It’s as good as new from what I can tell. The outside is excellent and it’s been driving well short distances. They mentioned some unseen damage that came up so I’m going on a long distance deli e tomorrow and we will see. So far so good.

The texts you receive are misleading and they need to fix that. They were. It accurate but I fairness to them they warn you. But it is unnerving when you see on a claim you picked up your car and you didn’t. That requires some explaining to your insurance company and after an accident it’s not what customers need. The date of completion was very fluid which I get but a call from them vs me calling and inaccurate texts might be helpful.
