The work on my car is great. I am completely satisfied with that. I am not happy about the intake process. It is difficult to explain it all in writing. I will just sum it up by saying I felt very pressured to follow through in getting my car fixed entirely instead of being allowed a full estimate to determine if the damage was costing more than what the car is valued at. After seeing my frustration there were efforts to keep me informed but it was clear the direction they wanted me to go is to keep moving forward with repairs. I am happy to share more via phone call if it is helpful feedback. I won’t use Abra in the future because of this experience. Yet, I do appreciate that the repairs were done well.
