The staff is friendly and cheerful. They do a wonderful job covering all the inns and pots of what my part is and what ABRAs part includes. They are not only fast but great at communicating time lines of repairs. This is my second time using their fabulous service! I'll definitely be back if needed!

The main reason I gave a 5 rating is because of the woman that works at the front desk. She can be difficult to work with and challenged me when I was trying to finalize payment between Abra, myself, and my insurance. She was quite rude and argued with me.

I have used your location twice for repairs on my car. The woman at the front desk has been difficult to work with. At this last visit she argued with me about my insurance and deductible and I had to call my insurance so they could explain it to her. She has made it difficult to consider using this shop again in the future.
