My vehicle recieved damage while being repaired. It was brushed off as normal wear and tear, however, I have photos of before the repair that do not match this statement.

When I initially let Abra know that damage occurred while being repaired, they were prompt to respond. I brought my vehicle in and they assessed that the damage on it was prerepair but they still offered to patch it. Knowing that this was not the case, I gathered photos taken from a different repair shop to show that the damage was in fact not preexisting so I needed a full repair and not a patch. This notification to them went unanswered.
