Seems like the repair work was done correctly. I received call from Abra on day truck was supposed to be done stating they wanted another two days to get repair completed. Clear coat was not up to their standards. I want to thank Mollie for catching this and getting it done correctly! I love my truck and taking an extra few days to get things done perfectly was 100% appreciated!

Everything was wonderful. Everyone was very kind and the fact they vacuumed my car out was amazing. I have only had my van back a few hours but already seems like it's driving brand new! Thank you and I would definitely recommend you to anyone who needs repairs. Have an awesome 4th! Thank you!

Thank you for the beautiful job you did on my Volvo! I think it almost looks brand new again. No one would ever know it had been in an accident. Plus, Cassie & Molly in the office were both extremely kind & considerate. They were friendly & personable & always kept me updated on the progress of the work. Cassie even arranged for me to have a loaner from the dealership to drive while my car was being repaired. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated that! It was an A++ job! Thank you so much!

I had a great experience with abra and am really happy with the service and repairs made to my car. It’s the seemingly little things too that make a big difference too. For example, I really appreciated that the woman who works at the front desk. Was willing to call enterprise to pick me up when I dropped off my car. I had a little bit of a hassle with them when I called, so her doing that for me meant a lot to me. I also appreciated how quick and timely they were with the repairs to my car, and finished earlier than expected! Throughout the process, I received update text messages about my car, and that meant a lot to me as well. I really appreciated not wondering where my car was at in the process and having to call to check up on it. Maybe this is standard or just special to Abra but I also appreciated how shiny and waxed my car was when I picked it up. Thank you so much!
