It was a minor repair, but I noticed the area that wasn't flush with the taillight, still isn't flush, as the right side is. Johnny was fabulous in communicating throughout the process with me though!

Johnny was so great about communicating the whole way through the process. Updated me regularly on the steps. I never felt like I didn’t know where things were at or what was going on. I liked the text updates but the phone calls on top of it was great. So professional and kind. Was a top notch experience. I hope I won’t need more auto body repair in the future but if I do I know where I will go! Thanks you to the whole team that made it happen!

Everything was perfect! Even after taking my car back after repairs and found out the running light was out, they immediately told me to bring it in and they'd take care of it! Wonderful customer service great attitude and very time efficient! I used to go to Gerber collision but I won't go back, I will always come back to abra!
