Our accident happened at the beginning of September and they weren’t able to schedule us until the beginning of November. Then they pushed our apt back to the week of Thanksgiving. It took them having our car from Monday until Friday to even look at it and they didn’t start working on it until the following week. It wasn’t until the second week of December for them to complete the work. When we got the car back we noticed an area on the back of our car that was missing paint (only about a size of a quarter when we dropped the car off) had grown into missing paint the size of an apple. This indicates that our car was left outside for that entire time, or that they looked at the missing paint and made it worse (assuming by accident). For some reason the driver side turn signal light is now not flashing when the car is locked so it shows that maybe there was a mistake made when putting that front panel back together? The people in the office (primarily Kendra) were very friendly but i would not recommend Abra or consider working with them again in the future.

Incredibly long wait for a small repair. Got a quote for additional touch ups and it was for half the value of my car, absurd!

The estimate was legit, they anticipated a parts delay and suggested that the job would be done on the 10th. We got the call that it was ready on the 9th. It was a realistic time line and they over performed. We were contacted daily regarding progress. Well done team.

The repair was a pretty “standard” one but the parts were almost non existent. But the team stayed the course, thought outside the box and kept us completely updated through out the months long situation. Great teamwork and tenacity to get it done!
