Coolant was not properly flushed, air bubbles causing overheating. Coolant added and burped by tech at service department. Problem should never have happened but was handled quickly and professionally.

The work was not finished when we came topick up. We pointed out what needed to be completed and then had to wait about a half hour for the work to be done. Everyone was courteous and cooperative, but it was very inconvenient.

Time for a routine service can be two and a half hours. Then items not mentioned in the service manual are pushed by the service department.

We were thoroughly pleased and impressed when you immediately found a sunroof in Spokane, brought it over and installed it in a matter of hours ... and cheaper than Honda!
