They did a good job of repairing our Bolt. The reason I didn't give a 10 was they didn't fix it correctly the first time. But they were very responsive and timely the second time.

Very good experience. Kendra was the first contact I had with ABRA. Sue was friendly, kind and competent. She referred me to Krystyna who was equally friendly kind and competent. She explained the repair process and the manner ABRA would keep my advised of the repair progress. Both of them were outstanding and helpful and my car repairs were completed in much less time than originally projected. Great experience and I'm very pleased with the repairs as well. Bill

I'm very happy with the service I received from ABRA. They did a fantastic job replacing and painting the side mirror on my RAV4, it's like new now, with a perfect paint match and flawless installation. The service was very prompt, and the communication was top-notch. Special shoutout to Kendra for her outstanding customer service, she was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend ABRA for their quality work and excellent customer service.
