Overall, my experience here was pretty great despite some minor miscommunication. I truly think that’s the only thing I would say could improve, besides the front desk lady not really knowing what’s going on, or how majority of things work. When speaking to the manager he was very helpful and quick to clear up any confusion and offer solutions quickly. The person who communicated with me about the work on my car, Axel Strickland, did pretty good at communicating for the most part. There were a few hiccups with him but again, after speaking with the manager it all got cleared up!
