Shawn did a great job explaining the repair process and potential things that could impact the estimate. When he gave us the first dates the repair could be done, the timing wouldn't work for us as we needed the car for a trip we needed to take. Shawn said to wait, he went back to his desk and found a way to work our car in earlier in between some other jobs. That worked perfectly and in the end he was able to return the car to us within two days instead of the 5 day wait period we were expecting. We also appreciated the email and text updates throughout the process. This is the second time ABRA repaired our car. Both times the you did a great job and the paint color matched perfectly. Everyone we encountered was helpful and polite.

The original schedule Shawn proposed did not work for us. He went back and found a way to work us into the schedule if we were willing to leave the car with him during that week. It was repaired faster than we anticipated and the job turned out perfect. Thank you for accommodating the repair to meet our needs and doing a great job. We also appreciate the text or phone calls as worked progressed.
