What once was a three bay repair facility and gas station has since evolved into an eight thousand square foot state of the art collision center. We have since expanded further, opening a second location in New Britain for added convenience, and to get your vehicle back to you faster than ever! Vehicle was marked as complete after it was dropped off running fine, but did not run at all when they said that their work was complete. The shop refused any responsibility, did not apologize, and stated that the vehicle all of a sudden not running at all after their work was done to it was “a pre-existing condition”

One of the guys did nothing but keep his back to me and ignore me. The only time he acknowledged me was when he would make demands for me to move my car. The other guy is the backstabber that says my vehicle had a “pre-existing condition” after he refused to acknowledge that it ran fine before he had it, and didn’t run at all after his work was “complete”

I have to wait two weeks for an appointment When i brought the car in the parts were not in. Three weeks later the paint job was done and my side mirror broken. Of course the denied knowledge of that.👎
