What once was a three bay repair facility and gas station has since evolved into an eight thousand square foot state of the art collision center. We have since expanded further, opening a second location in New Britain for added convenience, and to get your vehicle back to you faster than ever! We are a family owned an operated business, which believes that every customer should be completely satisfied. It is this motto that has helped our business thrive throughout the years. If you decide to go to AC Automotive ask for Lucy and Doug, both wonderful people. I never write reviews, but my car was well taken care of at AC Automotive! I was rear ended and my bumper was cracked and broken, also, Doug noticed my muffler was badly damaged. When I went to pick it up everything came out beautifully (bumper, muffler, paint job). Looks good, feels good. Quick, friendly, efficient, worked with the insurance company so I barely had to do more than drop my car off and pick it up. Rental car company picked me up and dropped me back off right there too! Thanks!!

We haven't fully experienced the cameras, sensors, and supercruise to make sure they are fully functional, but the body work looks superb! That said we have no reason to believe anything was overlooked. Great service and turnaround, the only thing I can say to improve was that we did not get a call on 7/31 saying it was done, we happened to drive by on 8/1 and saw it. Beautiful job!

I was NOT expecting to receive my car back as GREAT as I did. Outside looks brand new, paint job is FANTASTIC! Then I entered my vehicle and realized the inside looked detailed. The job was done in less time than was expected, ppl notice how great a job AC Automotive did. I have and will continue to recommend this place for body service.
