I left a messages to Carol and he never returned my call. I had to call again to find out the status. In addition, I requested on the work approval form that I preferred communicating via emails, but I received 11 text messages from ACC Collision Ctr.

The car was dirty and NOT washed when I checked it out from your Fremont Office. The office manager named Mike did call me back and left the message. I immediately called him back but he was on the other line and promised to call me right back. But he never called back as promised. It has been more than four days after his promise. Do you guys have any CREDIBILITY or just trying to fool people around???
