Efficient drop-off and pick-up, bumper was replaced (or maybe just cleaned the scuffs off? The bumper still looks broken where it meets the car body under the rear hatch). Some of the molding below the bumper wasn’t fully pushed back into its brackets. I popped it back in myself after getting home. It’s hard to tell if any electronics/sensors were actually tested in case they got damaged in the accident due to high force. It seemed from the report that maybe there was purely a visual inspection. Finally, the car seems to have had an ant colony move into it. Not sure where it was parked, and this may have been out of the control of the shop. But it’s disappointing.

I am very satisfied with the work you guys did. The only thing I wish it had been done differently is about the time to conclude the work - it took longer than I was expecting, but I don't think it's your guys fault. So overall I'm very satisfied
