When i dropped off my car the original estimate of completion provided to me was 2 weeks. I dropped off the car on 6/18. I was advised on 7/2 that my car was done. When I went there on 7/6 to pick up the car, upon inspection I noticed right away that there was a dent that was still there and very noticeable but was just painted over it. They told me I still have to leave the car so they can fix the dent. They advised me on 7/10 that the car is ready for pick up and I told them ok I will pick it up on 7/11. On 7/11 in the morning I got a text from them saying there is a problem with the paint. It did not match the original paint. So i could not pick up the car yet. They finally completed it on 7/14. When i picked it up on 7/15 upon inspection there was still some small 2 dots not painted over. Overall they had the car for almost 1 month and they had to do 2 reworks. Very disappointed with the service considering they are State Farm and Tesla certified body shop.

ACC was very quick with repairing my car so the turnaround time was great. They also made the rental car process easy by partnering with enterprise. After my car was finished, they washed and detailed it as well which was amazing. I would highly recommend to anyone.

I had just finished a major front grill replacement and realized afterwards that I needed to put the license plate in the front of the car, the team not only did a great job drilling but even ask me to pay. They do great work and is highly regarded as one of the best shops in the neighborhood.
