I'm satisfied with the repair time, but unfortunately now the steering wheel is making a scratching noise when I turn it. I think it's touching the surface of the steering column and causing that noise.

The overall repair looks fine. The problem we found is that the car won’t charge (It’s a Nissan Leaf). I was told that they had to fix the door of the charging port and I’m afraid they might have disconnected or affected a cord or something related to the charging port. I called and was told someone would call me back but nobody has called me.

Front office staff Paulina was very rude when I asked more questions about the delay and expressed my frustration at the moving timeline that was verbally assured. She even hung up on me as I tried to get her name and had to call back. That was the only negative experience I had. The owner was very kind and understanding and even went out of her way to give a ride to pick up the car.
