I had been referred to ACP from my friend who has a Honda vehicle as well. I appreciated the text message updates. They did a wonderful job ordering and implementing a new bumper. I appreciate the communication and how knowledgeable they were with other insurance companies. The detailing of the inside of my car was a plus!

The work was completed very fast and I liked that they gave me a loaner car for free while my car was being repaired. I would definitely use this shop again. Also staff was very friendly.

ACP is a great Auto Body repair shop. The quality of their work is top notch. My car looks as good as the day I purchased it. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. They've done work for me multiple times and each time I've been more than satisfied. I would definitely recommend them for Auto body work!

We never had problems with our car starting until it came back from your shop. After a few times of it having a really difficult time starting, then I was smelling a rotten egg smell coming from my trunk (where the 12v battery is located) I replaced the battery and the starting problem and smell resolved. I should not have to pay out of pocket for the battery because it was either damaged in the crash (same spot when impact was) or the battery's charge wasnt maintained while it was in your care. Either way I am not happy one bit! Also, all the parking sensors now randomly scream at us during driving. The body work itself was decent enough although there are few plastics that don't look the greatest and dont line up the best either.

I brought my issues to their attention and they basically said I was on my own to fix it and thats exactly what I did but I shouldn't be left with the cost and inconvenience of doing so!

This is the second time I’ve had a car repaired with ACP. They were able to help with reducing cost when I was unable to use insurance. Never had to worry about whether the vehicle was going to function as it did before repairs.

If I lived in the neighborhood, I would potentially use their service again and recommend to others in the neighborhood. Since I live farther out though and it was more challenging to go back and forth plus the delays, I might potentially consider another shop.

Nice crew, free loaners, and did a good job on the work. The repair took 3+ weeks longer than I was expecting however and I received somewhat limited updates regarding the delays. Good work overall though.

Again nice team but were somewhat dismissive on a couple phone calls when asking for updates and there were limited proactive text updates provided over several weeks of time.
