I see a lot of positive reviews here and I'm honestly shocked that I had such a bad experience now. I feel like it would be a disservice to not honestly review this establishment While my insurance agent was involved, the 31 days my rental was covered, we received the same update every Friday. "The ceiling liner is on back order. That's all we are waiting on, the car will be ready as soon as we get that." Once my insurance stopped covering the rental, we quickly decided to install the old ceiling liner, I was told to give them until the end of the day and I would hear from them. I did not. I called them the next day and I received the same message I'd receive for the next 10 days. "It just needs to be detailed." 40+ days after dropping my car off I get the status update text, I assume its just to do the survey and it sends out when they mark the repairs complete, which mine aren't but who knows maybe they are refunding Geico or returning the new ceiling liner that isn't in my car. I don't expect to hear from them. What bothered my a lot was that it was painfully obvious they hadn't done any work on my car while waiting on the ceiling liner. They only once gave me an accurate update about what needed to be done on the car.

Definitely impressed by the quality of work that was performed on my car. And that it was done in a timely fashion. And how they kept us updated by text on the progress of its major steps of repair. Will gladly recommend them to others and will utilize their expertise again, if I have any more accidents that require bodywork.

Had the car 4 weeks and not one time did I receive a call for a status update. I finally called on the third week and was given different details on when the car would be completed. Very poor customer service.

My car looked better after the repair then it did coming off the car lot when I bought it. I was very happy with how it was repaired and how the detailed it inside and out when it was complete. Adkins body shop went above and beyond to take care of my care and for that I will be forever thankful. Aaron and his crew take care of your car as if they are taking care of their own.

There were errors in the repairs that were missed in the final inspection. I noticed them and brought it to their attention and they corrected the issues with no hassle. Over all we were pleased with the finished product.
