⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with this body shop from start to finish. Customer service was excellent and communication was consistent the entire time—no guessing and no chasing for updates. This is the 2nd time I've used AGC Collision. The fist time was several years ago. Because of my great experience then, I took my car in again when I got hit in December right before Xmas. So with the holidays working against time, I finally picked up my car today. To say that the whole process was excellent is unfair. This company went above and beyond what they needed to do. Starting with the first person I met, Ariana, in customer service. Ariana is amazing! Not only did she keep me updated, but I also received text messages with updates. The technicians I met were really nice and accommodating. With so many companies downsizing their staff and customer service getting worse and worse, this place is a gem. Hopefully I won't have to go again, for obvious reasons, but if I do, I'll definitely be going to them. A++++++++++ with a major emphasis on Ariana, who was really friendly and very communicative.

Ariana and Joe were great! Ariana kept me informed via text and Joe showed me all the repairs they did. Both were friendly with my dogs that accompanied me to pick up the car when it was ready. Even though my 110lb Mastiff/Pit mix barked at him. Peppa was nice and cute as usual. Thanks guys!

They were very helpful when I called and friendly and nice to deal with. But I had to do a lot of calling Ford to try to get things moved along and the vehicle ready ASAP on their behalf, and urging them to reach out to insurance, because otherwise it wasn't getting done.

The only repair that didn't quite meet expectations was touch-up on a scratch on the rear passenger side door. It doesn't look very good.
