I was referred here by a friend, and even before my first visit, I recommended AGC to several others — one of whom actually brought their car in before I did. Unfortunately, after my experience, I can no longer recommend this place.

There were discrepancies in the final bill, no proper customer service support, and nearly no response despite multiple attempts to follow up. I also discovered damage to an adjacent area after the repair. The overall experience was very unsatisfactory.

I think the best thing was they gave us a fair price and kept us up-to-date constantly even while we were out of state for a week with the progress. Everyone was very nice and very knowledgeable.

The service took double the time we were quoted and we often heard vague or inconsistent updates from staff. While I appreciated the staff and service, it was not a great experience overall and I was forced to pay out of pocket for rental car fees and Ubers as a result.
