Today i picked up my vehicle in the AGC location in Holywood and i was Very impressed with the professional job that they performed in my Chevy Suburban. Arvy was all the time in communication with me and keep updating me during the all repair process HE was on top of te job supervision and the results off it... were EXCELENT he takes care everithing to provide a very PROFFESIONAL AND DELICATE MISSION THE COMPLETE COSTUMER SATISFACTION This group of people are amazing Tha LADIES AT THE OFFICE Were also very good costumer service oriented Skilled diligent and efficient thy are very gracious and polite so it was areal pleasure to meet all of you im very grateful and satisfied I have to sincerely let you all know that I really appreciate a well done job. Iwill recommend this company with absolutely confidence to any person who needs a professional performance on this industry ...you are definitely the BEST Thakyou again Arvy thank you and GOD BLESS YOU ALL

Arbi took good care of us and has great attention to detail. I appreciate his patience in dealing with geico. Also he's just a good guy and we'd enjoy working with him again. Everyone else was super helpful, especially Joe. Plus the ladies on the office seemed very efficient and were always friendly

I really appreciated Arbi's attention to detail throughout my repair process - he showed that he wanted me to be happy with the work and that, even if it took longer than we expected for GEICO to pay for everything, he'd stay with the job until it was done. So, the personal service here is still the best. The shop guys impressed me once again with their skill in matching color and putting everything together as though the damage never happened - the main reason I choose your shop. The gals in the office, too, always seem to be on top of things or respond professionally when I call, so that's nice too. Thanks for another job well done.

The quality of the repair on my Porsche is even better than the job that was done from factory. This is the only repair and paint job that I am fully satisfied with in over 20 years of driving. I will be coming here with any and all car body issues from any of my vehicles.

for any new car that someone wants the highest quality work: yes. it's clear you guys do incredible work, but it was by far the longest I've ever waited for a repair. That might be the nature of this particular repair on my vehicle, but I had one other semi-comparable repairs that were done in a month -- but it was done through my insurance's affiliated body shop.

I’m happy with the repairs and work done, however there was a huge lack in communication around how long it would take. When I dropped off my car I gave the insurance claim, but wasn’t told that would make the process longer. I also was contacted about payment when Insurance already sent proof of funds. Overall, seems like a big lapse of communication with the front desk and management. But the work was great
