Too many delays without explanation. Received text update that car was in calibration and then found out car was missing parts and needed to wait for it to come in. All of this should have been completed, assessed and evaluated during the weeks the car was waiting for insurance approval. Staff did not honor our request when asked to return all running board parts which should have included the piece that was removed. We only received one running board and no bolts. Disappointed that a simple request was not done. Aside for this, after a month, since dropping off the car, the repairs were done appropriately and we appreciate the car being fully cleaned and washed.

The front desk staff were very responsive and kind. Provided and followed up promptly except for when I called to ask about the running boards. I did not receive a call back and had to make another call.
