While doing a great job with the repair, I had to pay a deductible at the time because the accident wasn't determined at that time. Next day insurance co sent deductible check to your shop. I now have to wait longer for a stop to be placed on the check by Al Broder's, when they receive it, and for the insurance to re-issue check. I am unemployed and could use the money. A refund was not even mentioned to be offered to me.
