I appreciate that both the of headlights were buffed, I don't think other shops would've done this extra step.

They took some extra steps, Including washing the entire vehicle, cleaning the rims, and buffing out the headlights.

Horrible horrible customer service! I think they kept on delaying the car for no reason they kept on saying it will be done at a certain day and it kept on getting pushed back five different times. In addition to that they give us the wrong quote they give us the wrong deductibles. They don't even remember our car and they confuse our car with something else. They make us pay for somebody else's deductible When ours isn't even correct and then chases us after to pay it. Multiple errors nobody should go to this auto shop. It's very very horrible. I am surprised. AAA has a contract with them red flag. They need to be regulated.

The bumper repaint is not good, uneven and even appears to be a completely different hue. The trunk is still terribly misaligned and does not close like it used to. Upper trunk was probably damaged and not repaired.
