Jim kept me informed twice a week on the status of my body repair. The work done was excellent on the bottom of my passengers doors. The receptionist was very nice and kind. I was given a fresh single rose and my truck was cleaned and returned in tip top shape. Highly recommend.

My case was tricky as Travelers had all ready totaled the vehicle with the estimate I received from Plaza Audi. I greatly appreciate the efforts Jim made to communicate with Donna at Travelers and help persuade her to believe the car could be repaired well within the window required to avoid a total loss.

Damage to my car that was not there when I brought it in employees. Try to say that I ran into something when I left the shop or something hit my car when I left the shop causing the scrap/scratch mark. Yes, it was my error that I did not look at it before leaving the shop due to me trying to get to work, but clearly it was there when I left, you can feel someone painted over it. Looking closely some original damage marks are still there. Paint was not given the proper drying time causing fine little pin holes

Initially, when I brought the car in for estimate and picked it up, everyone was pleasant but when I brought it back and reported there was damage that wasn’t there when I brought it in then I got backlash

The final price was the same as the estimate. I got my car back a day earlier than projected when I agreed to the work. That was after I was told it may take extra days due to the heat. They communicated well with updates.
