The store doesn't do any inventory or any kind. After waiting for 4 weeks of shipment from Germany , then the day we were supposed to pick up the car, the worker found out there was another missing part and we had to wait another 3 weeks. It was awful.

I originally started working with a different caliber Collision location and was unimpressed with the service because they were disorganized and did not complete the initial estimate correctly, despite being reminded immediately before hand if the full scope of the reported damage. Changing to the Clayton location was a great decision on my part. The Clayton location staff was professional, polite, timely, thorough, well organized and communicated perfectly.
