The repair work on the body of my car is a 10. However when I got the car back the door locks were messed up. I have to hand lock each door now. Before I gave them my car the locks were working properly. I could lock all the doors from the drivers side with my key. Since the repairs I have to hand lock each door and the passengers door lock does not open with the key at all. I told them and they told me to bring the car back. I am practicing staying at home /COVID-19. So I asked them if they could pick up my car. The office said they would call me back.

I do want to bring the car in on Tuesday w/ a minute issue w/ the way the hood sits on the repaired side. That concern may be insignificant or impossible to correct.

This place was excellent from start to finish! Ryan and Jackie were helpful every step of the way. And the work they did on my vehicle is outstanding. I was concerned that they wouldn't be able to match the paint up but I was completely wrong and my car looks practically new! I would definitely go back if any damage ever happens to my car again.
