Thank you to everyone for all of your hardwork and coordination in making my experience seamless. From the moment I was contacted by Gene for an appointment I knew I had chosen the right shop. IMy experience continued with Susan who immediately took on my claim with a fair estimate and worked with Bud on buffing out a section which I thought would require much more repair. I then started working with Omar on the actual appointment drop off and pick up where I was treated with great respect and attention to detail. My car looked amazing when I picked it up. Follow up, communication , friendliness and a general sense of true professionalism on all levels was ever present. Thank you again to everyone in the front and back who were involved. It was a fairly slow repair. I appreciate the regular updates. However the car sat at the San Mateo location for weeks before being transferred to Napa to get it repaired more quickly. It actually was slower than the pace promised in San Mateo. Overall the car will have been with Alioto’s almost 3 months. Before Alioto’s, the prior repair shop quoted 15 days total, giving an idea the size of the job. I moved to Alioto’s to make it easier to communicate with Geico, but did not expect this long to repair it.
