I have been a customer here several times, and I have always been satisfied with their service. Christian and Kody are incredibly helpful and make sure I receive all the information and updates regarding my car repairs. We need to bring car in to adjust the rear hub to cover the material in wheel well. I called to let them know and the person who answered said it was finished based on the manufacturer specifics. I told them it wasn't the same as the other wheeler. They had me drive up to SM to show them it was incorrectly reapplied. They admitted it needed to be fixed and was under warranty. I didn't have time that day to wait while they fixed and said I would be back this week.

Alioto's was wonderful and repaired my car back to new! They even fixed an area of an old botched paint job and guaranteed the new paint work for life...the difference was amazing! I am very pleased with their workmanship and how they treated me. They are very good about staying in touch throughout the process via text, and dealing with the insurance, as well.
