NEGATIVE 10 - I would not recommend this auto body shop, and I especially would not recommend working with Kody. My car was brought in after an accident, and the damage was in the rear/trunk area. After the repair, the trunk was still visibly crooked and not sitting flush on one side. This was not some tiny detail you had to search for. It was noticeable to the naked eye. Instead of taking the concern seriously, Kody gave dismissive excuses and claimed it was not related to the accident, even though that is exactly where the impact/damage was. Rather than looking into it properly or trying to make it right, the response felt like they were hoping I would just accept an incomplete repair and go away. The entire experience was frustrating and disrespectful. When you bring your car to an auto body shop, you expect the work to be done correctly and for obvious issues to be addressed professionally. That did not happen here. I would not go back, and I would strongly caution others to avoid this shop, especially if you are expecting accountability after the repair
