While working on the repair, they broke my window sensor and seat belt sensor. They didn't even tell me, i had to discover these problems on my own and they won't take responsibility, nor will they fix it

The team at Alioto’s Garage San Mateo did a great job, and I feel fortunate my insurance company recommended this repair shop. The car took a big hit, but they handled it on an expert level. They are responsive and attentive throughout the process, managing stress as well as they do repairs. The initial time estimate was slightly optimistic, yet the whole process went smoothly. I especially appreciated their willingness to focus on finding solutions, not just addressing problems.
