I went straight to the shop when the accident happened. Coincidentally, I was a mile away from the accident. It was also close to 5pm without an appt. The guy at the desk called his manager who said it was okay to keep it there which was a GOD send! I was with my daughter and the stress of it all was high and being able to leave it there without an appt was so helpful to me as I live in Marin.
