After I picked up the car, within a day my tire went completely flat. I took it to MINI dealership and they found a puncture in a tire that was likely put there by a screw. When I was picking up the car the adjuster even mentioned that one of my tire was looking flat. It was not flat when I dropped it off. No one actually inspected it... if you did you would have found a leak.

If it weren't for Hong I know I wouldn't have had such an amazing experience as I had. He was so nice and helpful, he really took the time to explain all the damage and make sure I knew what was going on. Definitely the main reason I would return to aliotos

Everyone was very polite. The bumper was taken off to inspect for further damage. The scratch on the bumper was barely noticeable after they cleaned it so I decided not to have it repainted as it meant having to get a new residential parking sticker. Thank you.
