I was told my truck would be ready last week. I returned from traveling to learn my truck was not ready. I dropped off my rental car last week, based on the communication I received from your shop. Furthermore, it was never communicated to me that my vehicle was being taken to Napa. Very dissatisfied that my vehicle is not in my possession and was taken to Napa without my knowledge.
