Communication was great BUT the first time I went to pick up my car my hood had scratches all over it, it was agreed they would fix it. I come two days later to pick my car up the hood is still damaged, the tint on my driver side window is damaged and the passenger side of the car looks like somebody side swiped another car. ALL of which was not damaged before they took possession of my car. My husband spoke with the person in charge of our account and he acted like my car came in with that damage and did not agree to fix it. Terrible will never bring my car here again. Insurance will now be handling the issue for me with you guys as you clearly do not want to fix damages you caused. I have a 100 pictures proving my car was not brought in with that damage.

The trim panel and window seal on my drivers side door is sticking out and looks terrible. There is also a deep scratch in that window that removed some of the tint that was not there prior to being in the shop. There is a very bad touch up paint spot on the fender that looks like nail polish.

Mostly good now, but my drivers side taiñ light is not sitting correctly and also needs to be corrected when I return to have my outer window trim replaced on the drivers door

Im Frustrated that when I brought the car back in because of the issue with the widow the shop ignored my issue and caused another one my adjusting the door too tight (not something that was requested or needed. The work was undone but the door no longer closes quietly, I think the rubber seals are now destroyed by the door being too tight but I’m not sure if that’s the reason my drivers door is now so loud compared to all the other doors in the car

I like the work they did on a passive vehicle that I have and I look at all the vehicles and go there as I drive-by and the work that is done to them I knew I was at the right place to let them take care of my husband‘s truck and it was very excellent I do appreciate it. Allison in the staff and Mike. They were very nice helpful and communication was the biggest key there and they both had it and I do appreciate that for taking the time to converse with me about my vehicle and the time and everything.👍😊

Spray bed liner was not completed. Inyati was paid and ready to spray entire bed but was told not to by your shop. Only disappointment I have.

I worked through Progressive when I filed a claim and they partner with Allard Collision in Mesa, AZ. That happened to be very close to where I live and I chose to have them fix my car (a car in front of me had flipped a piece of tire at my car like a batter hitting a line drive). From the day I turned it in to them to the day I picked it up was only 9 days. They had predicted 12 days. I was very happy to get the call that my car was ready sooner. My car looks GREAT! The paint is a perfect match to what had to be repaired. They had even found some damage I had not seen and that fix looks great, too! The other thing I really appreciated was that they did not keep my car another day to wait on one piece they just need to snapped in. They just called me when it came in and I went to them to have it snapped in. It was so convenient since they are so close to me. I appreciated them saving my insurance company and me money (I purchased insurance from the rental car company in case something happened to that car!). I would recommend Allard for collision work to anyone who asks. Thank you Allard.

I appreciated that my car was finished earlier than predicted and was very happy with the result. I also appreciated that Allard did not keep my car one more day just for 1 piece that had to be snapped onto my car. It came in the day after I received my car, I drove to Allard to have them snap it on, and went on my way. Allard communicated well about the progress of the repair. Lucky for me they were 5 min from where I live!
