After I picked up my car I saw the paint chipped from my hood above where the repair took place. I have photos to prove the chip did not exist before the repair. Also, there is a hard plastic glued to the rear of my car where no repairs should have taken place. Mike P never called me back about these issues or the fog light repair.

I was so pleased to deal with Mike at Allard Collision in Mesa . I have used Allard in Chandler 3 times in the past and they refused to even look at my vehicle because it was only for painting and no body work. That to me was a very poor way of dealing with past customers!!

Extremely Happy with our collision repairs completed last week on our ‘07 Ford Mustang. Estimator Mike P. was VERY polite, courteous and efficient. Our work only took a few days AND was completed earlier than we were originally told. This is unheard of where we come from ( the Midwest). Receptionist Alyssa was also very polite and professional. She arranged transportation to the rental car location for us, and was genuinely happy to help. This same attitude was very apparent with Mike, our Estimator. Allard Collision should feel very glad that they have employees that are as engaged as Mike and Alyssa are. In addition, the quality of the work is top-notch so these qualities appear to extend through the hands-on crew doing the actual collision work in the Shop.
