So and so. After the repair was done, it was hard to insert my key into the ignition. The key already had SLIGHT problems with that but after the return the key did not want to turn inside the ignition at all. I had to go get a new one and it was $180. The person who did the estimate also had trouble even just opening the car and getting the car to start which tell me the key must’ve been jammed or forced causing it to be bent when the repairs were being done.

As a woman, I felt really talked down to by I believe the main man. I had my husband on the phone hearing the interaction, in case I needed him, and he too agreed that he as a me mechanic wouldn’t do that.

The team at Allard is great! When I arrived at their shop they had all the paperwork completed and ready for me. I only had to sign the papers and give them the key to the car. They were kind enough to have a ride share ready to take me home almost immediately. Once the work started on my car they were in constant communication with me on the progress of the work being done. All in all a totally professional experience start to finish. A special note goes to Mike Patrick and Allysa for the complete start to finish effort they put in to make this experience as painless as possible for me!
