The car was not immaculate when I received it back. It had not been cleaned properly, the rear view camera was upside down, there was a scratch on the inside shade film on the driver's side window and the rear hatch area was in disarray. It was not that way when I dropped it off.

I was completely satisfied with my repair experience. Jordan was exceptionally helpful, explaining the repairs and process every step of the way, and communicating with me about the time frame. The car repair was completed earlier than expected and is of the highest quality, like new.
