From the moment I walked in unsure of being in the right place, I was made comfortable. Policies and expectations were explained thoroughly and kindly. I was kept up to date on repair status without ever having to ask. Once I was able to pickup my vehicle, the same kind, friendly staff was right there. The personnel were very courteous and professional. It’s a shame that I have had 4 paint failures with my Hyundai Santa Fe due to very poor quality issues at the manufacturing site. My hood is still not acceptable but at least this time the Collision Center has agreed to correct in the future.

My truck is not 100 percent complete so I will not pick it up until my truck is finished.. I would like for Allstate to cover the repairs on my tailgate because there caused the damage to my truck!!

I want to update my previous review of Allen Turner Collision after realizing I didn’t have all the details at the time. Regarding my 2015 Ford F-150, I originally mentioned concerns about the tailgate and bumper. After understanding everything better, I see that some of that damage wasn’t approved by Allstate, so that part was not the shop’s fault. The rear bumper had come up and hit the tailgate during the accident, which caused scratches. Even though the additional work wasn’t covered by insurance, Allen Turner Collision still took care of it by buffing out the scratches. You honestly can’t even tell where the damage was anymore—they did a great job, and I was very satisfied with the result. Overall, the repair work on my F-150 turned out excellent. They also worked on my wife’s 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe (pearl white) under a Hyundai warranty for paint correction. I was concerned about the color match since only certain panels were painted, but they did a tremendous job. The paint matches perfectly, and everything blends very well. I appreciate their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile. I would definitely recommend Allen Turner Collision to others.
