Text updates are great if they are accurate. Salesperson would say something different then the text, I also had to call to get updated and called twice the day that I was scheduled to pickup to get a final confirmation my truck was ready.

They did an excellent job. My car does not look like it was ever in an accident. That kept me informed every step of the way. Haven was so pleasant to deal with. The entire staff was great at the collision center. Loved doing business with this company.
