The people were courteous and the receptionist was particularly apologetic, but overall there is no reason that a repair for hitting a deer should take 63 days.

The two people I spoke with, Haven and the receptionist were very kind and professional but you guys had the car for 63 days!! State Farm stopped paying for my rental, so I had to turn it in, get a rental from you guys...it was all very frustrating. We have had to file claims for accidents on other vehicles and it has never taken anywhere near 63 days. I beleive it took 2 weeks for you to even take the car apart completely to find everything that was wrong.

The vehicle looks great. They did a great job. I would have given a 10 but. The vehicle was there for 12 days. I called 3 times to find out the status. They never called back. On the third time calling on the 12 days they told me my car was ready. The lady at the reception desk was outstanding. She would walk to the back and ask what the status was. They told her they would call me back.

Length of time to repair car was a shock. We did not expect length of time needed once parts were available. We were told 2 to 3 weeks for repairs. Only took 6 days. I would rather have a realistic estimate and not a stock answer to an estimate.

The first time I went to pick up my 2025 Chevrolet Silverado HD.. It was totally filthy. It had wrong parts on it. All repairs had not been completed. Since I’ve picked it up, I’ve had to take it into the service department twice to try to get it to drive straight and stop bouncing on the road which it did not do before the accident. They have aligned it three or four times Rotated and balance the tires and it still bounces down the road and drives horrible. In good conscience I could not recommend Alan Turner collision Center to anyone. I’m still considering what my options are.
