First off things were rushed with the estimator Dylan McCoy. He did not take the time to explain how the repair would be done. The estimate was rushed. I dropped my car off on Monday and was told I would get some type of update, I did not. Friday morning I called and was told it was ready. I said when was someone going to call me then? I asked when did you call? Dylan said he called me twice. I didn't get a call on my cell number which they have he called my house number(yes, I still have a land line) which the answering machine is full he said. He didn't even try the other number. So I went to pick up my vehicle and was not happy as soon as I walked in the door. The lady at the desk just said I had to pay my deductable which was $400 dollars, no problem but is someone going to go over the work that was done, because it didn't look that good to me. So she said oh ok let me find someone and that's when Diego the shop manager introduced himself as, said he could do that since Dylan was not there. We went outside and I showed him my concerns. He didn't have any words. Then he gives me excusses pointing fingers at the insurance company. Then I asked him to read the estimate so I could understand and he couldn't even do that, but he's the shop manager??? Since Dylan was not there on Friday, I was told that he would be in on Monday at 9:30-10:00. I returned on Monday around 10:30 and Dylan was not there. I'm like what is going on here???? They called him and said here could be here in 15 minutes I said OK. He arrived and we went over my concerns. He apologized for not explaining the processes and how things go with this type of repair I was receiving. I didn't agree with what he was saying because he took pictures of the whole car inside and out. He tried to say that this was all rock damages and the insurance company doesn't pay for that type of damages. But he said that they would have to pull the bumper off and I asked will you paint the whole bumper, he said yes and apply clear coat too. So I asked him to pull up the pictures he took and show me those marks then. He pulled up the pics and we went outside to compare. He could not find the damages in his pictures. Then he starts with the excuses on how they don't have a good camera for that. I don't see how that's my problem. So after going back and forth Dylan decides to disrespect my by Physically clapping his hands at me stated he was done with this. I don't appreciate the disrespect clapping his hands at me like I'm one of his kids or like I'm a dog! I will never do business with your company ever again and I will NEVER, EVER recommend anyone I know to patronize your establishment.

The work looks great! I also appreciated that my car was vacuumed, I expected the wash do to painting, but the extra little effort of the vaccuming was above and beyond, you can count on my business in the future, thank you.

Clarity and Venus were AMAZING. I unfortunately had suffered a forced entry break-in on my Kia Forte. Thankfully it did not leave my lot, but also unfortunately it received quite a bit in damages. While my insurance was difficult and lazy to work with, the team here at Alpine took extra love, care, and support into the matter! Insurance delayed the whole process for MONTHS.. BUT the Apline team worked faster amd more throughly than I could ever dream of. The Alpine team (especially Clarity and Venus) were efficient, reliable, friendly, communactive, transparent, and wonderful people showing a leading example of a team driven by community. A well earned 4.9 on Google reviews! I will be returning to them for anything automotive related, just hopefully now it is in regards to prevention and maintenance, LOL! Ps. Hope you guys ready this, really, you both were wonderful and I will be sending my car peeps out there anytime they need a fix or tune up ❤️

I was thoroughly impressed with the level of work completed on my vehicle, it looks as good as new and I couldn't be happier. The multiple small touches - such as my car being returned washed/vacuumed and in better condition than I dropped it off - have guaranteed a return customer.
