This was a smooth process with the exception of a part that came in broken and had to be reordered, which is no fault of Alpine. They still managed to get my car repair completed when originally promised. Nice people to work with, too. And the shuttle service was a big help in my situation! James did an awesome job with communication and getting things done quickly.
