The staff at Alpine is the best! James, was professional, but he talk to me as a real person as though it was his vehicle that needed the repairs. He kept me up-to-date the whole process of repairing my vehicle. There was some scuff marks that I did not notice that was there in the photos he took when I brought it in. Again, James, treated my vehicle as though it was his. He took some rubbing compound and rubbed out the scuff marks. I was very pleased with the professionalism with a touch of humanity as they serve me. I highly recommend them to anyone!

I’m satisfied with the work done but driving home in the dark later that day, I found some sensors, for instance the lane sensors(?) are not back on. I don’t know if that is something I have to now figure out or, can I bring the car back to you and have all of that set up again?? Let me know. I just expected all to be as when I drove it before.
