Overall the experience was great. Chris was and has always been so helpful and communicative to the entire process from start to finish. Over the years he has been a pleasure to work with. The repair work was handled with care and done beautifully. I have been a customer of Als for years and the work is excellent but I am very upset that my car now has a strong smell of cigarette smoke. I do not smoke as I have asthma that is brought on by smoke and other irritating smells. No one has ever been in my car nor do I smoke in my car so I know it had to have come from the time it was in the possession of the auto shop. As previously stated,I have been to Al’s many times and have never gotten my car back less than satisfactory. I understand having adhesive smells and oil or grease smell’s however I am not understanding why my car now smells of smoke when I or anyone in my life smokes. I have cleaned the car twice now and it still smells of smoke which tells me it has been exposed over a long period of time and may be in the fabrics of my car. I would like you to be aware that if you have employees who are smoking around the vehicles that it can cause this type of problem. Again I have been a long time customer and have had nothing but success with ALS but this is not one of them.

I'm really satisfied with how my car turned out! It looked like nothing ever happened to it and the paint matched perfectly which was my main worry! This was the first time I've ever had any body work done to any car I've had and I would definitely come back and recommend to others!

Very nice people to work with. Only complaint I have is it took several weeks to get my car in for repair but I understand it happens like this sometimes.
