From start to finish, the whole process was smooth as possible. Accidents are inconvenient especially if you're not the cause of it. Apple Valley Collision made the whole process as easy as possible. They also use OEM parts and not cheap aftermarket that insurance companies I assume push for. I also appreciate that they searched and found a part at a different location when the local supplier was going to take longer to come in. I was able to get my vehicle back before they would have even received the bumper from local suppliers. I certainly believe they work for the customer and not the insurance company. The car looks great and drives just like the day I bought it. It's nice to find an honest and hard-working business that care and appreciate the customer. I would 100% use them in the future should the need arise.

Extremely delighted with the level of professionalism during the entire repair process and working closely with the insurance company to ensure the work was completed as required by the vehicleâs manufacturer to ensure the paint warranty was not voided.
