Above and beyond care for work done as well as care for the person whom chooses this shop. They put people first. The work done to repair my vehicle is incredible. The patience while dealing with my insurance and the work process failures on their end.

It took way too long to finish and though I certainly can't prove it, I feel like the crux of the problem was in the fact that the full rental period we had was well known and taken full advantage of when scheduling the repair and anticipating completion by then. That backfired when problems began to arise at the last minute (not all I'm convinced were totally unavoidable) and that pushed things well past our rental period. I definitely wasn't guaranteed any kind of completion date, but it was heavily implied - in my estimation - that the rental period from Erie should have been sufficient. All that being said, the work appears excellent and we are pleased with that side of things.

Would be a 10 but the previous work that was done ~2 years ago had me return due to unacceptable exhaust work that was sourced out. I would highly caution anyone that also needs exhaust work. Body and paint work is amazing!
