I understand that it takes time to coordinate everything involved in an extensive repair and to making sure it is done right. I appreciate the consideration given to the fact that I had to pay out of pocket for a rental and Brock working to have the repairs done as soon as possible. Everyone was very kind and considerate. Kenny was very polite and helpful, clearly explained the process. He kept me updated with the time line and how long it would take. Helped to keep another part and repair, that was not associated with insurance claim, as inexpensive as possible. My car was cleaner on the out and inside than when I brought it in. : )
