Communication was great via text or phone. There were some unexpected delays and the parking sensor wasn't cleared when I picked up my vehicle. I would still recommend Altra, but just wasn't completely satisfied.

Altra was meticulous in repairing my car. They made sure that the car was in perfect condition when I picked it up. The body work is flawless. The car looks brand new. I appreciated that they handled the rental car return. They even installed my new car seat. I had been concerned over the time involved in the repair. However, I now feel confident that they had to assure that the car was safe to drive. I also understand that because of the trauma involved in the accident, I was suffering from PTS, and reacted accordingly.
